name in Tripadvisor and . Due to
health reasons we have decided to put it in the
market and sell it. Therefore, we would very much
appreciate knowing whether we can count on you
to help us sell it and your conditions for doing so.
The house is located at 37 Rue Carnot, in Ille sur
Tet, France. It comprises the following:
end of 19th century dwelling, with three floors
(total surface of 705 sqm), where only the first and
second floors are used as B&B (entrance hall with
faux marble walls, painted ceiling and mosaic
floor, library, living room, dining room, laundry,
office, kitchen, small wc, two rooms with a
bathroom and an outdoor terrace on the first floor;
on the second floor there are five en-suite rooms);
on the third floor, that resembles a loft and with
exposed wood beams, currently used as our
lodging quarters, there are five bedrooms; one full
bathroom; pantry and a deposit.
at the end of the 900 sqm garden (with a swimming
pool), there is also a two floor building (`grange`),
170 sqm in the ground floor, with its own private
entrance giving to a side street, nowadays serving
as a garage (four cars) and storage room. It is
